The Blessings from Dating to Marriage
And when I came to the college of my dreams I started hanging out but I was struggling to find the one because I didn’t feel that connection with anyone and I was almost about to give up on dating until my sister-in-law offered me a solution. There’s a dating app called Mutual and she told me that is probably where I can find the one first relying on technology wasn’t my idea at first but I was just struggling so I took up her offer but I still couldn’t find that connection until I saw this girl from Peru and I always wanted to date a girl from a different country to become a traveling buddy to see the world with her so I gave it a shot. And we started messaging each other and it got very well that we decided to switch from Mutual to Instagram I asked her a question I asked her, “Would you like to have a virtual date with me and she said, “I will love that except the communication is going to be terrible!” As soon as she said that I was wondering why would her communication would be terrible and I figured out she knew no English at all so we need to use translators. And you readers out there might be wondering was it a bad date? No, no it wasn’t because as soon as I saw her I felt melted like an ice cube on a summer day I was lost for words when I saw her and we talked about our goals and they were similar our goal was to provide service for others, we loved learning new things such as culture and my heart skipped beat after beat and my soul brighten as if an unseen figure whispered into my ear saying, “she’s the one?” And after a couple of dates, she then asked me, “So here’s something I want to ask you about so you’re an American and I’m a Peruvian does that bother you?” Immediately I said, “No it doesn’t bother me at all because let me share with you what I learned that dating a person from a different culture isn’t bad at all.” So, my readers let me share with you about dating and marrying someone that love is like clay. And that clay has no form it only takes form if you put in the effort and the work to make that formless clay and make it something beautiful from it. Love is exactly like clay it’s formless when two individuals put the effort and work into it to make that love they two individuals have for each other and make something great from it and that’s what marriage is all about also that it becomes a great marriage when you do everything together and having fun with each other and I promise you, you’ll get great blessings from it when you find the one.
For the scripture, today is Psalm 45:7 and it reads, “Thou
lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed
thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.”
